Your bright smile and infectious laugh will see you through just about anything. Double digits...we are excited to see your next ten years and all you are able to accomplish. We love you always.

On my wall is a picture from my wedding, Dececember 22, 1996. Your mom is standing next to me in the wedding party. I see her in that picture, and I know, on that day, how MUCH she wanted a baby. I wish I could jump into that picture and tell her to hold on, because on December 22, 1997 she would be holding that baby! There has never been a happier mother. You turned the Rhens from a "couple" into a "family."
From one oldest child to another, let me say that I know those little brothers can be a hassle sometimes, but they will grow up to be bigger than you, and then they can help you move furniture.
